Resolve

Every customer issue owned, resolved, and verified.

Resolve captures an issue from a QR code or link, routes it to an accountable person, drives it to resolution, and independently verifies the fix — then keeps the whole history. Simple enough to use on a phone.

Resolve is currently invite-only. Tell us about your team and we'll be in touch as Resolve opens up.

What Resolve does

One straightforward path from a customer's report to a fix you can stand behind.

  1. 01

    Capture

A customer reports an issue from a QR code or a link — no app, no account. They get a reference number to check progress.

  2. 02

    Assign

Staff confirm the details and hand the issue to one accountable owner, with a due date.

  3. 03

    Resolve

The owner does the work, records what was done, and marks the issue resolved.

  4. 04

    Verify

Someone other than the owner confirms the fix actually addressed the problem before the issue is closed.

Resolved, Verified, and Closed are three different things

Three separate actions, so “we fixed it” always has a check behind it.

Resolved

The owner believes the work is done and has recorded what was done.

Verified

Someone independent has confirmed the fix. By default, the person who did the work can't be the one who signs it off.

Closed

The final step, once verification holds. If the customer says it's still not right, the issue reopens.

A history you can't quietly edit

Every change — who triaged the issue, who it was assigned to, each note, the resolution, the verification, the close — is written to an audit history that can't be edited or deleted. When you need to show what happened and when, it's already there. Each organization's data is kept isolated from every other's.

Resolve and PanelRoster

PanelRoster is the operations platform for market-research organizations. Resolve is a separate, lightweight tool on the same platform, for a different job: handling customer issues and complaints for any service business. It isn't a survey, a feedback form, or a research module — it's the accountability layer between “a customer told us” and “it's fixed, and we can prove it.” Same login, same security and audit foundation.
